It is our policy that arrival fifteen minutes or more after your appointment without contacting Sun Mist will be considered as a “no show” and package members will have a tan deducted from their account. For single tan ”no show” customers, a cancellation fee of $25.00 will apply. As a courtesy to our clients, we have established this policy so that other clients don’t miss an opportunity for an appointment.

We ask that you please be courteous and arrive 5 minutes before your appointment. Our technicians are scheduled to be there just for you, and the technician may have other appointments after your session. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hour notice for cancellations.
